Use your existing terminal or PC, or purchase new equipment from us, to electronically capture all credit card transactions.
Use the same terminal or PC to deposit funds from all credit card transactions into your Bank of Marin business checking account.
There is a low monthly maintenance fee, variable discount fee, and transaction charge based on type of credit card and processing procedures. There are no additional annual fees, merchant statement fees, or customer service fees.
Our in-house specialist can assist you in selecting the appropriate equipment for your business or reprogramming your existing terminal. Plus a help desk is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
A variety of terminals can be used with printers to produce a printed receipt for cardholder signature as well as produce reports showing transaction detail and grand totals. Subtotals by card type and transaction type (such as purchases, credits and voids) are also provided.
Special applications allow restaurants to adjust an approved/captured transaction for the tip amount. The batch report shows total credit card sales and total tip amounts per server.
