Bank of Marin was founded in 1989 on strong principles of community commitment and involvement. As part of its original mission Bank of Marin continues to positively impact the communities of Marin and southern Sonoma counties through a combination of human and financial contributions. The Bank's employees and Directors contribute over 7,000 volunteer hours a year to notable organizations like The Human Race, Junior Achievement, Sunny Hills Services, Youth in Arts Italian Street Painting Festival, Latino Film Festival, RCP Tiburon Mile, and Easter Seals. Given the needs of our communities, preference has been given to local schools and youth programs, civic organizations, health and humanities, and performing and visual Arts.
