Bank of Marin and Book Passage have a unique partnership to promote literacy in Marin. When you open any new account at Bank of Marin, you'll receive a coupon for ten percent off the purchase of books up to $50 at Book Passage. In addition, a $5 donation will be made to the Marin Literacy Program when the coupon is redeemed.
Each month Book Passage President Elaine Petrocelli will review a selection of books that are displayed at all Bank of Marin branches. These books have been heartily endorsed by Book Passage staff and provide an enticing sampling of what is currently available at Book Passage. They will later be donated to a nonprofit agency.
Bank of Marin also co-sponsors special author events at Book Passage. A percentage of the proceeds from book sales at these events are donated to the Marin Literacy Program.
