For account balances, transaction activity, or to transfer funds between accounts, simply call 1-800-654-5111 from your touchtone phone at any time, day or night. (Merchants can also use TouchTone Banking to verify checks from Bank of Marin customers.) To access TouchTone Banking a personal identification number (PIN) will be required. Initially, your PIN is the last four digits of the Social Security Number attached to the account. If you are unsure what Social Security Number is attached to your account, please contact your branch office. The first time you access TouchTone Banking, you must follow the verbal instructions to change your PIN.
