Bank of Marin' s Private Banking Service is a natural extension of our legendary service, where we' re able to blend the resources of a large financial organization with the responsiveness and approachability of a smaller local bank. 1	This is not a commitment to lend. Loans are subject to credit approval and collateral evaluations, if applicable. Interest rate discounts are not applicable to residential first mortgages or reverse mortgages. For Private Banking clients, annual fees will be waived on Home Equity Lines of credit – all other fees still apply.
2	Cash withdrawals and point of sale purchases are subject to available balances at the time of the transaction. Surcharge fees assessed while using your ATM card at STAR, PLUS, CIRRUS, and NYCE participating member networks will be automatically reimbursed on your periodic statement. VISA international foreign exchange fees will still be assessed and appear on your periodic statement.
3	Your Private Banker will work together with a Bank of Marin Wealth Management Services representative to provide these additional services.
4	Complimentary check printing orders limited to a maximum of $50 annually. For Private Banking clients, personal checking and savings accounts are free of the regular monthly maintenance charges. Complimentary internet bill pay service is for personal and small business accounts only. Other fees and charges may still apply. Safe deposit box credits are limited to a maximum of $50 annually.
