Introduction

The Commercial Banker Academy at Bank of Marin is a dynamic program designed to develop well-rounded commercial bankers who will be future lenders of the Bank. This 18-month program is the key to beginning a successful career in commercial banking built on expert credit knowledge and sales skills, offering continued growth and challenge at a tailored pace to advance each participant toward the responsibilities of a Commercial Banker.
