Bank of Napa is Now Part of Bank of Marin

On behalf of all of us at Bank of Marin – Welcome!

We are pleased to share the news that Bank of Marin and Bank of Napa have received all necessary approvals and our merger is complete.

Bank of Marin and Bank of Napa: Stronger Together
Earlier this year we embarked on a journey to merge two well-respected community banks into one of the premier community banking institutions in the Bay Area. For years, both banks have been steadfast in providing legendary service and have generously supported the communities in which we all live and work. Under the Bank of Marin name, that unwavering commitment continues.

What Becoming a Bank of Marin Customer Means to You
Through the merger, we now have 23 locations to serve our expanded customer base.  We will continue to offer a full complement of banking services to meet your needs, including mobile solutions as well as our personalized service at our branches. And, with a history of building long-term relationships with our customers, you can count on receiving legendary personal service from our team of professionals.

What Happens Next
Having received regulatory approvals, we are now working towards consolidating all accounts on the same system. Our systems conversion is scheduled to occur the weekend of April 21-22, 2018, and will be complete on Monday, April 23, 2018. After the conversion is complete, you will be able to access your accounts from any of the three locations in Napa or any of our other Bank of Marin branches. Until then, please continue to use the Bank of Napa branches to get the full breadth of banking services.

We’re Here for You
To guide you through the conversion, you will be receiving a packet of transition materials in March. Please be on the lookout for that information in the mail. The materials include Frequently Asked Questions and important information regarding how your debit card and electronic banking services will be affected. If you have questions that aren’t covered in this packet, please visit your local branch or call (415) 884-4590 and we’ll be happy to help you. You can also find information related to the transition on this page.

Again, welcome to Bank of Marin. We look forward to building a long and fruitful relationship together.

Sincerely,

Russell A. Colombo
President & Chief Executive Officer
