Bank of Marin to Host Shred Day & Food Drive in Alameda
NOVATO, CA – (October 3, 2017) – Bank of Marin will host a Shred Day & Food Drive in Alameda on Friday, October 20 from 9 am – noon at the West Alameda branch, 805 Marina Village Parkway.
The community is encouraged to bring up to five boxes of paper documents for shredding on site and a donation of several canned, non-expired, non-perishable food items in unopened containers for each box of documents.
Donations will benefit the Alameda Food Bank and its mission to provide nutritious food to the low-income residents of the city of Alameda on a non-discriminating basis.
A&P Records Management will be on site to securely destroy all documents, and the paper pulp will be recycled and used for new paper goods.
