Bank of Marin’s Rowan Smith Named to Buckelew Programs Board
NOVATO, CA – (August 27, 2015) Bank of Marin (NASDAQ: BMRC) has announced that Rowan Smith has been named to the Board of Directors of Buckelew Programs and will serve on the Finance and Audit committees. Smith joined Bank of Marin in 2015 as Vice President, Internal Audit Manager and is based at the bank’s headquarters in Novato. Prior to joining Bank of Marin, he served for many years as a consultant to companies in the financial services and high tech industries and was an active volunteer teaching financial literacy to Bay Area students. Smith is passionate about reducing the stigma of mental illness, as his sister has battled the disease since childhood.
