Committed to our Community

Bank of Marin was founded on the principles of Legendary Service and community service. It's a commitment that has been with us from the beginning and remains strong today.

Throughout Marin County Bank of Marin is known for its support of local nonprofit organizations through financial contributions and employee volunteerism. We contribute to over 300 local nonprofit organizations, while employees and the Board of Directors volunteer thousands of hours a year and are represented on 70 boards in Marin and Sonoma counties. Bank of Marin is committed to supporting local non-profit groups and places great value on giving back to the community, realizing its success over the years is largely due to community support.

Strength Through Alliances

We are also proud to have been awarded one of the "Top Corporate Philanthropists in the Bay Area" by the San Francisco Business Journal since 2003. For the past three years Bank of Marin was one of only ten Bay Area companies to receive the Levi Strauss Community Commitment Award, which recognizes companies that gave more than 1% of pretax profit to charities.

In true community spirit, Bank of Marin has forged a number of alliances that have strengthened our community. A few examples are below:
