Nikki Sloan joined Bank of Marin in May 2021 as Executive Vice President and Head of Commercial Banking, responsible for the strategic direction, vision, growth and performance of the Bank’s commercial banking business. Before joining Bank of Marin, Ms. Sloan spent 10 years with Wells Fargo Bank, most recently as Senior Vice President and Commercial Banking Leader in San Francisco. In that role, she led a team of high-performing relationship managers delivering a suite of credit and treasury products. Prior to that, she was Chief Operating Officer of Commercial Credit. Across a career that has spanned two decades, Ms. Sloan has also held various commercial and business banking roles in both community banks and major financial institutions in Southern California, where she was instrumental in growing market share and revenues. With a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership from California Lutheran University, she is also a graduate and current Board Director of Pacific Coast Banking School. Throughout her career, Ms. Sloan has been an active Rotarian and served on numerous non-profit boards including a community hospital and a domestic violence prevention agency.

Rich Lewis was named Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Bank of Marin in January 2021, responsible for Technology, Security, Facilities/Administrative Services, Fraud Analysis and Operations at the Bank. Mr. Lewis brings more than 25 years of experience in banking and finance, leading systems design & development, implementation and support. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Exchange Bank.
Mr. Lewis earned both a BS in Economics and an MS in Computer Science from California State University, Fresno and is also a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School. He is a committed supporter of a number of Bay Area nonprofits including COTS (Committee on the Shelterless), CVNL’s (Center for Volunteer and Nonprofit Leadership) Human Race, and Becoming Independent.

Brandi Campbell joined Bank of Marin in 2019 as First Vice President, Regional Manager in Retail Banking. In this role she was responsible for the Bank’s retail offices in Napa, Sonoma and Alameda Counties, helping to build the Bank’s market share in these regions. In March 2020, she was named Senior Vice President of Retail Banking, overseeing the Bank’s retail division. Prior to joining Bank of Marin, Ms. Campbell had been in the banking industry for 28 years, the majority of which was spent as a senior leader in consumer banking and customer service at Bank of America. She is currently on the Board of Directors for the North Bay Children’s Center in Novato, CA and is a longtime supporter of local food banks, Habitat for Humanity and the Humane Society.

Bob Gotelli, EVP, Human Resources Director, has been with Bank of Marin since 2000. Mr. Gotelli is responsible for all aspects of human resources including benefits administration, executive compensation and employee relations, as well as organizational and leadership development. Mr. Gotelli earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Sonoma State University and his Master’s degree in Human Resources Administration from Central Michigan University. He is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison Human Resource Management School and holds the SPHR and SHRM-SCP human resources certifications.
An active member of the Bay Area community, Mr. Gotelli has served on numerous local non-profit boards and banking industry organizations. Since 2003, he has been a member of the California Bankers Association (CBA) Compensation Survey Advisory Committee, and was named chairman in 2010. He is also a member of the Western Bankers Association Employee Benefit Plan Committee and the CBA’s Human Resources Legislative Advisory Committee.

Nancy Rinaldi Boatright joined Bank of Marin in March 2002 as Vice President and Assistant Corporate Secretary. In July 2002 she was appointed Corporate Secretary and in August 2007 was named Senior Vice President. Ms. Boatright has over fifty years of community banking experience, and has served as a corporate secretary and human resources director during her career. Prior to joining Bank of Marin, Ms. Boatright worked for Business Bank of California and Westamerica Bank in Marin County.

Elizabeth Reizman joined Bank of Marin in 1996 as Vice President and Commercial Lender in the Novato branch. In 2008 she was named Senior Vice President and Senior Lender in the Bank’s credit management department. In 2009 she was named Senior Vice President and Commercial Banking Manager and in 2013 she assumed the role of Chief Credit Officer.
After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in economics from Stanford University, Ms. Reizman began her banking career in 1981 as a senior account administrator for Crocker Bank. In her fifteen year career prior to joining Bank of Marin, Ms. Reizman served as a commercial lender and as a senior credit examiner for Bank of California. Prior to her time with Bank of California, she served in Private Banking and as a business banking credit administrator for Hibernia Bank.
A long-time volunteer in the Marin community, Ms. Reizman serves on the Board of Directors of Vivalon.

Tim Myers joined Bank of Marin in April 2007 as Senior Vice President and Manager of the San Francisco Commercial Banking Office. In 2013, Mr. Myers was named Senior Vice President and Commercial Banking Manager. In March 2015, he assumed the role of Executive Vice President, Commercial Banking and in June 2020 he was named Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Myers was appointed President and Chief Operating Officer in May 2021, responsible for the management of Commercial Banking, Retail Banking, Centralized Operations and Technology, Wealth Management & Trust, and Marketing
Mr. Myers has over two decades of experience in finance and banking — spanning small business, middle market and corporate banking. He began his banking career in 1998 and prior to joining Bank of Marin, He served as a Vice President, Commercial Banking Officer for U.S. Bank, National Association and Comerica Bank. Mr. Myers earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Willamette University and a Master’s in International Policy Studies from Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey (formerly Monterey Institute of International Studies). He also earned a graduate certificate from the Pacific Coast Banking School. Mr. Myers has served as Chairman of the Board of Edgewood Center for Children and Families.

Tani Girton joined Bank of Marin in August 2013 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer responsible for Finance, Accounting, Treasury and Compliance. Ms. Girton’s career spans financial services across the banking, brokerage and thrift industries. Before joining Bank of Marin, she served as Executive Vice President and Treasurer for Bank of the West. Prior to that, Ms. Girton was Vice President of Treasury Capital Markets for Charles Schwab and a key member of the team that launched and expanded Schwab Bank. Ms. Girton earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from San Francisco State University, where she also served as a finance lecturer for several years. Ms. Girton graduated from Lewis and Clark College with a bachelor’s degree in International Affairs. She currently serves as Treasurer on the board of directors for Professional Business Women of California and GraceSigns.

Russell A. Colombo is a lifelong resident of Marin County. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics and Business Management from the University of California, Davis and his Master of Business Administration in Banking and Finance from Golden Gate University. Mr. Colombo joined Bank of Marin in 2004 as Executive Vice President and Branch Administrator after twenty-nine years in banking at Comerica Bank, Security Pacific, and Union Bank in San Francisco. He was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Bank of Marin in 2005 and assumed the position of President and Chief Executive Officer in 2006. In May 2021, Mr. Colombo was named Chief Executive Officer. In this role he will continue to lead the premier community and business bank in the San Francisco Bay Area, with twenty-one branches and 7 commercial banking offices across 7 counties. Mr. Colombo currently serves on the Board of the Western Bankers Association and is Chairman of the Citizens Oversight Committee of Sonoma-Marin Area Rapid Transit (SMART). He is Past Chairman of Western Independent Bankers Association and a former member of its Executive Committee. Mr. Colombo was formerly on the Board of Regents and an Audit Committee Member of Hanna Boys Center.
