Sathis Arasadi

Sathis Arasadi, chief information officer, joined Bank of Marin in 2023. In this role, Arasadi is responsible for Technology, Security, Facilities/Administrative Services, Fraud Analysis and Operations at the Bank.
Arasadi’s career spans more than two decades in financial services, specializing in engineering and financial technology (fintech). A mechanical engineer by trade, Arasadi became a software engineer and technology leader directing large-scale digital & technology transformations. He previously served as senior vice president -technology and process improvement and chief information officer at a Bay Area-based community bank.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Thiagarajar College of Engineering in Madurai, India. Additionally, he holds various computer science specializations including programming, systems architecture, and data management.
An East Bay resident, Arasadi is a longtime volunteer at International Tamil Academy in San Ramon. As part of pursuing his passion for languages, Arasadi taught Tamil for nearly a decade to school-aged children.

Andrea Henderson

Andrea Henderson, senior vice president and director of marketing for Bank of Marin, is responsible for the bank’s marketing, communications, and community engagement strategies.
Prior to joining Bank of Marin, Andrea spent more than a decade in financial services developing and executing strategic marketing and growth initiatives for business lines serving small business, middle market, and corporate banking customers. Additionally, she has focused on business development, financing, and portfolio management within the sustainable technology sector.
A tireless advocate for her community, Andrea currently sits on the boards of Lifehouse, Marin Childcare Council, and San Rafael Chamber of Commerce. She also serves on North Bay Woman Magazine’s advisory board.

Misako Stewart

Misako Stewart joined Bank of Marin in 2013 as a Senior Vice President, Commercial Banking Manager.
In 2018 she was named Senior Vice President, Senior Credit Manager within Commercial Banking before assuming the role of Chief Credit Officer in 2021.
Throughout her career, Ms. Stewart has held various roles in Commercial Banking, serving mid-sized businesses. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in business economics from UC Santa Barbara, Ms. Stewart was Vice President in Commercial Banking at Union Bank for 7 years. She then spent 13 years at Comerica Bank as First Vice President in Commercial Banking and Credit Administration, supporting Commercial Banking and Technology and Life Sciences, before joining Bank of Marin.
Ms. Stewart has served on the Board of the Headland Center for the Arts, the Marin Swim League and has held various positions on nonprofit boards for schools in Mill Valley.

Nikki Sloan

Nikki Sloan joined Bank of Marin in May 2021 as Executive Vice President and Head of Commercial Banking, responsible for the strategic direction, vision, growth and performance of the Bank’s commercial banking business. Before joining Bank of Marin, Ms. Sloan spent 10 years with Wells Fargo Bank, most recently as Senior Vice President and Commercial Banking Leader in San Francisco. In that role, she led a team of high-performing relationship managers delivering a suite of credit and treasury products. Prior to that, she was Chief Operating Officer of Commercial Credit. Across a career that has spanned two decades, Ms. Sloan has also held various commercial and business banking roles in both community banks and major financial institutions in Southern California, where she was instrumental in growing market share and revenues. With a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership from California Lutheran University, she is also a graduate and current Board Director of Pacific Coast Banking School. Throughout her career, Ms. Sloan has been an active Rotarian and served on numerous non-profit boards including a community hospital and a domestic violence prevention agency.

Brandi Campbell

Brandi Campbell, executive vice president and head of Retail Banking at Bank of Marin, oversees the bank’s retail division, including a network of more than 30 branches throughout northern California.
Prior to becoming head of Retail Banking in 2020, Brandi served as the bank’s regional manager where she was responsible for building the bank’s market share in Napa, Sonoma, and Alameda counties.
A nearly 30-year financial services veteran, Brandi spent a majority of her career as a senior leader in consumer banking and customer service at Bank of America.
Brandi is currently on North Bay Children’s Center Board of Directors and is a longtime supporter of various nonprofits including local food banks, Habitat for Humanity, and Marin Humane.

Bob Gotelli

Bob Gotelli, EVP, Human Resources Director, has been with Bank of Marin since 2000. Mr. Gotelli is responsible for all aspects of human resources including benefits administration, executive compensation and employee relations, as well as organizational and leadership development. Mr. Gotelli earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Sonoma State University and his Master’s degree in Human Resources Administration from Central Michigan University. He is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison Human Resource Management School and holds the SPHR and SHRM-SCP human resources certifications.
An active member of the Bay Area community, Mr. Gotelli has served on numerous local non-profit boards and banking industry organizations. Since 2003, he has been a member of the California Bankers Association (CBA) Compensation Survey Advisory Committee, and was named chairman in 2010. He is also a member of the Western Bankers Association Employee Benefit Plan Committee and the CBA’s Human Resources Legislative Advisory Committee.

Tim Myers

Tim Myers, Bank of Marin’s president and chief executive officer, began his career at Bank of Marin in 2007 as regional manager of the Bank’s San Francisco Commercial Banking Office. In 2013, Myers was promoted to lead the Commercial Banking division and—in 2020—was named chief operating officer. Recognized for his thoughtful leadership style and calm demeanor, Tim took on the role of president and CEO in November 2021.
A nearly 30-year financial services veteran, Tim has held leadership roles at various financial institutions including vice president and Commercial Banking officer at U.S. Bank, National Association, and Comerica Bank.
Tim holds a bachelor’s from Willamette University and a Master of Arts in International Policy Studies from Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey (formerly Monterey Institute of International Studies). He also earned a graduate certificate from Pacific Coast Banking School.
A North Bay resident and advocate for his community, Tim serves on the board of Side by Side, a nonprofit that provides behavioral and mental health services to at-risk youth and their families. He is also a member of K3i Advisory Council tasked with helping the Grade Level Proficiency Project achieve its goal of increasing reading and math proficiency levels of students in Sonoma Valley Unified School District by the end of third grade. He previously served as chair of the board of Edgewood Center for Children and Families. He is also a former coach and board member of Gallinas Valley Little League.

Tani Girton

As executive vice president and chief financial officer at Bank of Marin, Tani Girton leads the Bank’s Finance, Accounting, Internal Audit, Compliance, and Treasury departments.
Tani’s financial services career—spanning across the banking, brokerage, and thrift industries—began in 1985. Prior to joining Bank of Marin in 2013, she served as treasurer for Bank of the West and vice president of Treasury Capital Markets for Charles Schwab where she was instrumental in the launch and expansion of Schwab Bank.
Tani earned her bachelor’s degree in international affairs from Lewis and Clark College. She also holds a Master of Business Administration from San Francisco State University, where she served as a finance lecturer for various years.
An advocate for her community, Tani is on the board of GraceSigns, an inclusive-focused nonprofit that creates innovative mobile apps for learning American Sign Language. She previously served on the boards of Professional Business Women of California and Junior Achievement of Northern California.
